Job Title: Theatrical Programming Coordinator

About the Role

ATG Entertainment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Theatrical Programming Coordinator to join our Theatrical Programming team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about live theatre and touring Broadway productions and is eager to gain exposure to the business and booking side of the theatrical industry.

The Theatrical Programming Coordinator will provide essential administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the Senior Vice President of Regional Programming and the broader Theatrical Programming team, which includes two Theatrical Programmers. The role plays a key part in ensuring programming information, calendars, and market data are accurate, current, and aligned across regions and departments.

Key Responsibilities

Programming & Data Coordination

  • Maintain, update, and synchronize programming calendars across multiple regions and internal departments
  • Generate, track, and maintain reports related to regional market data, including researching new touring titles and evaluating their potential market impact
  • Maintain and regularly update the internal database of regional touring titles and historical programming information
  • Monitor show status, deadlines, and outstanding action items; update internal trackers and dashboards accordingly

Deal & Documentation Support

  • Update and manage programming templates and assist with the deal memo creation and revision process
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and stored in accordance with internal processes
  • Maintain detailed notes and records from meetings with venue markets, booking agents, and producers

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and assist with calendar management for the Senior Vice President of Regional Programming
  • Serve as a point of coordination between programmers, venue teams, agents, and producers as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the Theatrical Programming team, including ad hoc projects and reporting

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and clarity
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; comfort working with data and trackers is essential
  • Familiarity with project management tools or processes is a plus
  • A genuine interest in theatre, touring Broadway, and live entertainment is strongly preferred
