POSITION: Food and Beverage Supervisor
LOCATION: San Antonio, Texas
HOURS: Part Time - weekends, holidays, evenings, days, and late nights required
COMPENSATION: $18 per hour
ABOUT THE POSITION
- This position will report to the F&B Manager.
- Work with the F&B Manager to run concessions throughout the venue.
- Ensure that everyone is in the proper place at the proper time, and that work areas are set and ready for service at all times – no items stored improperly
- Ensure that all f&b staff is in proper uniform
- Check out bar staff areas at the end of the shift before staff is dismissed to ensure checklists are fulfilled properly – cleaning checklist, stocking checklist
- Check stocking areas to ensure that everything is stored properly, no empty boxes, trash.
- Ensure that ice machines are maintained, doors closed, ice scoops put in proper location, ice buckets cleaned and stored properly
- Ensure that all f&b upgrade experiences are set and ready – cutie bags, alcoves, ambassador lounge, suite lounge
- Ensure that staff is performing properly – no chewing gum, no playing on their phones, no leaning on the bar, no eating in public areas
- Must be able to stand, walk for extended time during shift and lift and carry 50+lbs
- Increase speed of service, increase spend per head, and associate moral.
PEOPLE, PLACES, and THINGS
- 3 venues with a combined total of over 6,000 capacity with bars/concessions located on 3 levels
- Need to work with multiple other departments for success.
- Need great guest relations, will interact with guests every show.
- Physical job, walking throughout venue, on your feet and lifting heavy items.
EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
- Must have 1 year experience in theatre or f&b experience
- Must complete TABC and Texas Food Handlers Certifications
