Senior Procurement Manager – ATG North America
Position
Title: Senior Procurement Manager, North America
Reports To: VP of Property & Operations (Sandra Toste)
Location: New York, NY (with regional travel)
Role Summary
Lead all procurement activities across ATG North America, managing national and regional vendor relationships for live entertainment venues. Drive strategic sourcing and contracting for Facilities Management, Construction, Security, Food & Beverage, and other consumables. Ensure cost-effective, compliant operations aligned with ATG policies and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a centralized procurement strategy delivering high-quality goods/services at optimized cost.
- Manage full procurement cycle: sourcing, RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, contract negotiation, purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier performance tracking.
- Build strategic partnerships with national and regional vendors in Facilities, Construction, Security, F&B, and other venue spend categories.
- Lead negotiation of volume pricing, multi-year agreements, cost savings initiatives, and risk-sharing terms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Venue Management to forecast needs, monitor usage, and manage inventory.
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs (e.g., delivery, quality, compliance), initiate corrective actions, and maintain contingency planning.
- Ensure procurement recordkeeping and contracts comply with ATG policies and applicable regulations.
- Serve as the primary procurement liaison and advisor for internal stakeholders. Provide training, guidance, and policy interpretation.
- Drive continuous improvement: leverage spend analytics, procurement systems, and market research to identify cost savings and efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5–10 years in U.S. procurement or strategic sourcing roles, ideally in national/regional environments; background in live entertainment or similar high-volume operations is a plus.
- Vendor Categories: Proven experience sourcing for Facilities Management, Construction, Security, Food & Beverage, and general consumables.
- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications like CPSM, CPM, or C.P.M. are preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong negotiation, contract drafting, and vendor management skills. Proficiency with ERP and procurement tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP Ariba, Fieldglass).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze spend data, perform risk assessments, and measure supplier KPIs.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; able to work under pressure across multiple venues.
Preferred Competencies
- Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to live entertainment, venue operations, or related industries.
- Experience implementing procurement process improvements and cost-saving programs.
