Position Title: E-Commerce Coordinator

Location: US – NYC (Hybrid)

Contract Term: $35 Hourly

Reports To: Senior E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager

These roles will be integral to the day-to-day management and optimization of the site, ensuring accurate, timely, and commercially effective content across 21+ venues. Coordinators will manage digital merchandising, oversee show set-ups, and support media tracking to deliver a seamless customer experience and strong marketing performance.

This is a unique opportunity to join ATG during a pivotal period of growth, directly contributing to the success of our U.S. digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Website Content Management

  • - Manage and update show, venue, and promotional content across 21+ venues.
  • - Ensure brand accuracy, legal compliance, and timely updates across the site.

Show Set-Up & Merchandising

  • - Support digital set-up of new shows and presales weekly.
  • - Apply best-in-class merchandising practices to maximize conversion and customer experience.

Tracking & Pixel Implementation

  • - Support pixel tag placement for campaign tracking (e.g., Meta, Google).
  • - Collaborate with tracking specialists to ensure 100% media performance accuracy.

SEO & Digital Optimization

  • - Optimize content for SEO visibility and performance.
  • - Implement on-page structure and metadata best practices to drive organic traffic.

Campaign Coordination

  • - Liaise with venue marketing teams, show partners, and agencies to align timelines and asset delivery.
  • - Priorities and manage digital tasks to support show campaigns.

Process Development

  • - Help build and refine workflows for merchandising and campaign delivery.
  • - Document and share digital best practices for scalable operations.

 

Skills & Qualifications

 

Required

  • - 2–3 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or content management.
  • - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • - Working knowledge of SEO best practices and digital performance optimization.
  • - Experience with CMS platforms and ticketing/e-commerce systems.
  • - Basic understanding of web tracking, pixels, and campaign attribution.
  • - Collaborative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • - Experience in live entertainment, theatre, or ticketing industries.
  • - Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, or related analytics tools.
  • - Exposure to large-scale website launches or migrations.
